A car stopped traffic on the freeway. It was wheels up and traffic had to exit. I was 45 minutes late for my apt and they still saw me. Great Docs!!
Those chop sticks are numbing my gums for extracting the metal on the x-ray. The Rabbit ears in front tighten the metal that was wrapped around the roots when I had surgery. After he used the chopsticks, he shot nova cane in my gums, but the metal in front and then ripped 8 different sections out one at a time. It felt like a razor blade slicing at my gum for just that split second and then it was gone. The damaged roots are stable, 6 more weeks and I get a titanium root for the tooth he extracted. Another 3 months after that, I get a new permanent tooth. My first day on crutches and I put "some" weight on every step. Slow and steady since the leg doc said I could. By the time I got here, they asked me to let them wheel me around in a chair for different rooms and x-rays and such. I was and am so very tired. But I am moving and I am happy. Just exhausted.
